· In addition to the normal responsibilities of a Chairmanship, I am heading the planning of a second doctoral program, and major collaboration in the development effort to accomplish established goals.
· Specialize in research and teaching on education policy, educational leadership, and the micro-politics of education; teach courses on school-community relations and educational administration.
